Invisible Diversity…..Increasing Our Effectiveness by Understanding Behavior Styles
In an interactive conversation, Bruce Leamon will differentiate personality and behavior. The session will leave meeting participants with insights and tools to view other people as “different” vs “difficult”. While this discussion is especially relevant for organizational professionals, it is equally useful for parents, spouses, and any person who knows another person!
Bruce Leamon brings more than 30 years of executive experience in global businesses. In addition, he has served as a faculty member and administrator at two private universities. Bruce is one of a small number of professional coaches certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Executive Coach (MCC). He earned a Master of Arts from Michigan State University and he is recognized as a master facilitator, a talented educator, and as a “coach’s coach”.
During his twenty year corporate career at AT&T, Bruce’s teams and organizations consistently exceeded business targets while receiving the highest possible marks as “great places to work.” He realized early in his career that sustainable results are directly related to leadership and the creation of culture.

We welcome anyone to visit our meetings. The guest fee is $25 ($26 via credit card) for each meeting you attend as a guest. At the door we accept cash/check. Membership in the National Association of Professional Organizers is required before membership on the chapter level can be processed.
