This info-packed program will provide you with tools, techniques and perspective that you can immediately use with your clients. We'll start by discussing what coaching is and what coaching isn't. Then we'll look at coaching skills and other tools you can use to support and motivate your clients. We'll then move into an "Ask the Coach" Q&A to address your interests.
Session Highlights:
Ellen Faye is a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Productivity Leadership Coach, Certified Professional Organizer, and entrepreneur who has had her own successful organizing and productivity company since 2001. Ellen began as a residential organizer, moved to business organizing, & became a Certified Coach in 2011. She currently works full-time as a productivity coach. Ellen served 7 terms on the NAPO national Board including two as NAPO President, and is the 2019 NAPO Founder’s Award recipient.
Break-out Room Questions:
1. Have you ever worked with a coach? What was good about it? What do you wish was different? Was your coach trained and/or certified as a coach?
