Tuesday, November 7, 2023

6:15PM - 8:00PM

Sheila will discuss the unique differences between Situational and Chronic Disorganization. Along with the differences she will highlight how to identify and how to approach each when working one-on-one with your client(s), offering practical guidance on how to effectively work with clients facing each type of challenge.

Attendees will learn about:

(1) Understanding the distinctions

(2) Identifying the root cause

(3) Tailoring solutions for each type

In 2014 Sheila started Blue Nest Home, offering professional organizing services to clients throughout Kitsap County.  Today Blue Nest Home employs 12 organizers and provides residential organizing, estate sale, and consignment services to not only Kitsap County but neighboring counties as well. She is passionate about providing superior services for Blue Nest Home clients and excellent career opportunities for her team members.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sheila has managed many employees throughout her career and has over 10 years of experience working in the HR field as an Employee Benefits and Payroll Administrator and 8+ years of owning her own business.  After working a decade for private, family-owned businesses while raising her then-young children, she decided to stop working so hard for someone else’s family and start her own business.
