Diversifying your Business - CEU-eligible

Sheila Perreault, Blue Nest Home

Tuesday, March 5, 2024

6:15PM - 8:00PM

Many of us start out as solopreneurs and get very focused on fine tuning our special interest within the organizing field. However, building a diverse business is a smart strategy to ensure stability and growth. I want to challenge those in attendance to think about where they want to be in their business 3, 5, 10+ years down the road. By the end of this presentation, you'll have a clear understanding of how to diversify your business effectively, ensuring its long-term growth and success.

We'll cover: 1) Assessing your current business portfolio. 2) Identifying new opportunities 3) Implementing a diversification strategy

In 2014 Sheila started Blue Nest Home, offering professional organizing services to clients throughout Kitsap County. Today Blue Nest Home employs 12 organizers and provides residential organizing, estate sale, and consignment services to not only Kitsap County but neighboring counties as well. She is passionate about providing superior services for Blue Nest Home clients and excellent opportunities for her team members.

Break-out Room questions:

  1. Besides a love or gift of organizing, what prompted you to start your organizing business?
  2. Where are you PLANNING to be in your business in 10 years?
