In this session we'll share stories from the world of organizing as a way to connect with each other, learn, and have fun! With prizes for the best stories! Please come to this session prepared to share at least two stories in the following categories:

1) Most rewarding - What made it so? What are the lessons or ideas for other Organizers?

2) Most challenging -  with advice for other Organizers on how to avoid it.

3) Funniest or weirdest - just to share how fascinating our profession is!




Meeting Format


  • 6:15-6:30PM Intro/announcements
  • 6:30-7:30PM Share stories in breakout groups
  • 7:30-8:00PM Share "best" stories and give prizes
